Payment Terms

Invoices may be paid using the following methods:

• Visa , MasterCard, American Express

• PayPal

• Prepayment via check or money order

• Corporate Net 30 accounts (credit approval required)

• All Overseas orders require prepayment

• Payment is in U.S. Dollars only

Pricing

• Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and is subject to change at any time due to frequent adjustments made by the factories we utinlize.

• All shipping costs shown when ordering online are based on domestic U.S. shipments. All orders shipped outside the U.S. will require that freight be adjusted based on shipping type required. Customers will be notified of any freight cost changes for their approval before proceeding with the order..

Payment for Custom Logo Product

• Imprinted goods require prepayment before production will be initiated

• We may require written permission to use a logo submitted to us if received by someone other than an agent of that company or organization.. Any emblem or logo displayed on this website is the property of that organization or company and may not be used without permission.

Warranties & Returns

• Consumer goods may be returned if you are not satisfied within 30 days of Purchase. Product must be inspected before credit is issued. You will receive full credit for merchandise only...shipping charges are not credited unless in the case of initial defect or error on our part.

• All product warranties are made by the manufacturer(s), who would be responsible for defects in materials or workmanship, as specified by each manufacturer.

• Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from Plainfield Golf Company.

• Customized goods are not returnable unless due to production error...authorization must be obtained in advance.

• Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice, as we may encounter changes at the factories that are beyond our control.

• We reserve the right to make corrections to any pricing shown on this website.

• Pricing obtained through our quote process is valid for 30 days, unless otherwise noted in the quote by Plainfield Golf. Discounted pricing applied to volume purchases pertain to the stated volume only, i.e. customers cannot submit a quote for 50 golf bags for the purpose of obtaining a discounted price on 4 pieces.
